1. Safe operation of vacuum heat treatment furnace

when the vacuum furnace is manufactured, it should be ensured that there is no air leakage and water leakage. The sealing of the vacuum furnace body and cover is made of rubber parts, so it needs to be cooled with water interlayer. If water leaks into the furnace, the temperature of the furnace will be very high, which will cause an explosion. The surface oil stain of the workpiece treated in the vacuum furnace should be cleaned, and the oil vapor from the quenching oil tank should not enter the furnace. These oil vapors and air will not affect the use until the critical moment. After mixing, they will form an explosive atmosphere, which will explode once there is an open fire or power on. Therefore, after the vacuum furnace is loaded, the furnace door should be closed, and the furnace can be powered on for heating only after the chamber is vacuumed, which causes the line to jam or automatically break during the printing process
2. Safe operation of electric contact heating quenching equipment
electric contact heating uses low voltage and high current (350~400 can easily realize the exchange of accessories a/cm2), and when the electrode is in contact with the workpiece surface, the workpiece surface is locally heated and cooled rapidly through resistance to complete quenching. Operators should be familiar with and abide by the operating procedures for contact heating and quenching and the rules for safe use of electricity. Wear insulating shoes, gloves and other protective equipment before operation. The surface of the workpiece shall be carefully cleaned without burrs, iron filings and oil stains. 3. Safe operation of electrolytic heating and quenching equipment
electrolytic heating and quenching equipment uses high-voltage direct current (200~300v) to electrolyze electrolyte with a certain formula. The method of heating and cooling the surface of the workpiece (cathode) sharply by using the cathode effect, so that the surface of the workpiece can be hardened. Because the electrolytic heating and quenching equipment is relatively simple, with high productivity, low energy consumption, easy automation, low cost and stable quality, it is increasingly widely used.
