1 Lifting and transportation

the special lifting tools provided by the manufacturer shall be used for the lifting and positioning of machine tools, and other methods are not allowed. Special lifting tools are not required, and wire ropes should be used to lift and place according to the positions specified in the instructions

2. Foundation and position

the machine tool should be installed on a solid foundation, and the position should be far away from the vibration source; Avoid sunlight and thermal radiation; Place it in a dry place to avoid the influence of humidity and airflow. If there is a vibration source near the machine tool, anti vibration ditches must be set around the foundation

3. Installation of machine tool

the machine tool should be leveled in a free state when placed on the foundation, and then the anchor bolts should be locked evenly. For ordinary machine tools, the reading of level gauge shall not exceed 0.04/1000mm, and for high-precision machine tools, the reading of level gauge shall not exceed 0.02/1000mm. When measuring the installation accuracy, it should be carried out at a constant temperature, and the measuring tool should be used after a period of constant temperature. When installing the machine tool, try to avoid the installation method that causes forced deformation of the machine tool. The installation of the electronic tensile testing machine on the machine tool usually goes through four stages: yield stage, elastic stage, strengthening stage, necking and fracture stage. Some parts of the machine tool should not be removed casually. The removal of parts may lead to important new distribution of internal stress in the machine tool, thus affecting the accuracy of the machine tool

4. Preparation before commissioning

carefully check whether all parts of the machine tool have been filled with oil as required and whether there is enough coolant in the cooling box. Whether the oil of the hydraulic station and automatic room lubrication device of the machine tool reaches the specified position of the oil level indicator, such as solving the flexibility packaging problems of medical devices and drugs, bottle caps, sealing parts and primary laboratory supplies
